Christine Loconte
Chief Executive Officer
Christine joined the Dubin Center in July 2024, bringing a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to community service. She holds a Master’s Degree in Social Impact and Organizational Leadership and has dedicated her career to enhancing the quality of life in Southwest Florida. With a background in prevention, advocacy, and dementia-related disorders, Christine is passionate about making every moment matter for those she serves.

Thea Cernohous
Chief Operating Officer
Thea has been in SWFL for 41 years. She brings her years of experience as an educator, business owner, office manager and medical practice supervisor. She looks forward to building meaningful connections with the Dubin Center’s clients and families. Thea enjoys sewing, reading, and spending time with her family.

Shannon Messner, LCSW
Social Worker
Shannon obtained a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Central Florida and holds a License in Clinical Social Work. Her experience includes working with a diverse population including aging adults. Shannon is a native of Southwest Florida and is very passionate about giving back to the community where she was raised. She enjoys gardening, painting, and spending time with her family and pets.

Elizabeth Cochran, MSW
Social Worker
Elizabeth completed her Master of Social Work Degree at Rutgers University in New Jersey. She specialized in Aging and Healthcare during her master’s degree education and has had previous experience working in skilled nursing facilities. While she held a variety of roles throughout her time there, she continually worked with those with memory impairment and their families. Elizabeth is excited to continue to serve this population and their caregivers and connect them with essential resources. In her free time, she enjoys reading, going to the beach, and spending time with her family.

Kelsy Moore, MSW
Social Worker
Kelsy obtained a Master of Social Work degree from Southeastern University. She has experience working with the Southwest Florida elder population as a hospice social worker; specifically working with memory impaired individuals and their families, providing support and education as they transition through the end of life. She has lived in Southwest Florida for seventeen years and is very passionate about providing educational resources and support to the local aging community. In her free time, you might find Kelsy at Lake’s Park enjoying nature or spending time with her three cats – Luna, Willow, and Macaroni.
